Atlanta Motorsports Park Completes Land Purchase;153-Acre Tract is Ready for Development

Atlanta Motorsports Park will feature a world-class driving course and a number of amenities for members and their guests that include secure garages, a restaurant, locker rooms, and other recreational facilities. The facility will emphasize individual attention for enthusiasts who enjoy driving performance automobiles and motorcycles, and will not host large, public racing events.

Atlanta Motorsports Park CEO Jeremy Porter has contracted with some of the world’s leading driving course and test facility designers to create an environmentally-friendly destination that minimizes the facility’s carbon footprint. Technologies that will be utilized include sustainable buildings, waterless urinals, tank-less water heaters, reclaimed water for irrigation systems, and high-efficiency lighting and HVAC equipment.
