Waterford, MI - July 8, 2011 – Schneider & Tearmann Group was launched in August 2010. Hrynewich said, “Our agency was developed by insurance agents with the goal of answering the issues field agents have endured for years…return on lead investment and how to be successful.”

As active insurance agents themselves, the partners have used their knowledge in insurance sales, management, and education to develop a business model geared to helping agents achieve success.
