Our kitchen have come up with the ultimate Surf n' Turf (see below!), mini pavlovas and of course our classic Aussie Burger (pineapple and bacon with spicy mayo, seriously good!!)

The bar will be going all blue too with a great selection of premium beers, wines and cocktails.

On the screens are classic Aussie films like The Castle, Muriel's Wedding and Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and there is live broadcast from from Triple J.

In the Lotus Lounge, we have an evening of amazing live electronica from some of the best artists in the genre. These specialists are coming together to bring you fun filled night of great beats and a dazzling array of audio visual symbiosis.

The gorgeous stylings of the Vile Electrodes : "beautiful noise. Like high heels on thin ice. Whip cracks on latex. Flickering neon signs. Car crashes on concrete overpasses. Long lashes behind dark glasses." are in the mix and will add a touch of sauciness to the celebrations.

Open to 3am, you can book tables for £25 per person minimum spend (includes free entry to Lotus Lounge for Home of the Brave event)

£5 on the door after 9pm, £3 advance for Frequent Flyers and guest list.
