AV Voice Changer Software gets four stars from CNET editors

AVnex’s Voice Changer Software basic edition is the only software program in the voice changing section to receive such a high rating from CNET. In their review, CNET’s editors stated that, “The software turns out to be really good. It provides male and female voices of various ages, as well as Ghost, Hall, Underwater, and Cave effects, among others,” and that, “AV Voice Changer Software is unique, making it worth a download.” This seems fair enough with the development history of the program. AV Voice Changer Software has gone through eight years of development in the market, and has since been a leading pioneer in the field of voice changing technology. Through several improvements and upgrades, the program has reached its seventh version, including more changes and improvements than in any other previous version.
The comments by CNET’s editors also mentioned some weak points in the trial version of the program, including a comment on the pop-ups which help explain the program; the pop-ups do not keep the user from using the program, and are totally removed from the full version. The CNET’s users also rated the program at four stars and provided several comments, both positive and negative, yet in the end both the users and the CNET’s editors rated the program with the same 4 stars.

From the statistics on CNET’s download site, AV Voice Changer Software has reached nearly one million downloads on CNET; the actual number, as stated by Avnex, was nearly five million total, as of April, 2009.
From what Avnex has been revealing, they are in the very last stage of improving the program to support Windows Vista 64 bit. This will be quite good news for their users.
