Ava Sempe receives Texas Monthly award

(Free-Press-Release.com) June 16, 2011 -- Sempe, an agent at Prudential Gary Greene’s Waller office, is recognized in the June issue of the magazine along with other Realtors who received the distinction based on customer satisfaction. The award recognizes Realtors receiving the highest scores from homebuyers in the Houston region, readers of Texas Monthly, and mortgage and title companies who were asked to identify exceptional agents.

The resulting 116,420 surveys were evaluated based on criteria that included customer service, market knowledge, integrity, communication skills, closing preparation, negotiation and overall satisfaction. The finalists were then reviewed by a panel of local real estate industry experts. This year, fewer than seven percent of all licensed agents in the Houston region were selected to receive the designation.

Sempe said she strives everyday to go the extra mile for her clients. “Having this recognition makes me want to work even harder, because it lets me know people appreciate what I’m doing,” she said.

Sempe has been a professional agent for more than eight years, serving Houston, Cypress, Waller, Katy, Brenham and The Woodlands. She currently lives in Hempstead and is actively involved in her community, serving on the Waller County Fair Board and the Hempstead Chamber of Commerce as a vendor director.

Sempe credits her success to the support from her family and the tools provided by Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors.

Office manager Margo Frederking said Sempe is a mainstay in the office. “Ava was instrumental in getting us to open an office in Waller,” Frederking said.

Frederking said Sempe is attentive to her clients and has numerous repeat customers.

“You want an agent who protects your assets,” Frederking said. “Ava is a real advocate for her clients, and she’s a very hardworking agent.”

Sempe agreed that her clients are her top priority. “A job well done is seeing the smiles on the faces of my clients at the closing table,” she said.
