(HR Solutions), a Human Capital Management Consulting Firm based in Chicago, Illinois specializing in Employee Engagement and Exit Surveys for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition strategically positions Avatar as a comprehensive provider of surveys across all key business constituents: employees and customers.
