About the Authors

Roger and Onna Lee Ford have been married for 32 years. They have one daughter and one grandson. Onna Lee’s mother and father have lived with them since 2006. Her father passed away in 2008, but her 91 year old mother still resides with them. They are of the Christian faith and believe family to be the most important thing on earth. They also believe the importance of providing quality service at a fair price.

Their business, Ford RV Refrigeration, began operation in 1984 and has since become a major icon in the RV industry. Along with the extensive RV service they provide, they also offer nationwide certified training in the field of RV refrigerator cooling unit reconditioning.

Roger’s background consists of vehicle mechanic, and HVACR service technician. At Ford RV Refrigeration he holds the office of President, customer service, CEO of the RV Refrigeration Network Association (RVRN), instructor, CEO of research and development, business owner, and author.

Onna Lee’s background includes secretarial, advertising, and she has a BS degree in education. Her titles at Ford RV Refrigeration are Vice President, office manager, customer service, web developer, instructor, CEO of marketing, assistant to the CEO of the RVRN Association, bookkeeper, business owner, and author.
