Award-Winning short "Nous deux Encore" to screen in Portland!

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 22, 2009 -- After its triumphant debut at the Portland International Film Festival in February where it won the Best Short Award, Heather Harlow’s Nous Deux Encore will screen again at the NW Film & Video Festival, which kicks off November 6th.

The film has enjoyed much success since it first showed in Portland. Producer, Tessa Papas and Director, Heather Harlow screened the film at Festival du Cannes in France this year. Additionally, the film has screened at many national and international festivals and has received several awards including two Audience Awards, Best International Documentary and Best Foreign Language Film.

The film is described by Michael Fine of the Portland Mayor’s Office of Film and Video as:

“A beautiful, captivating homage to a man, a couple, their love and their passion. This wonderful film is outstanding from the writing to the cinematography and will evoke smiles & tears in all those possessing even a touch of passion and joie de vivre.”

The original music for the film is scored by Grammy-Nominated composer Michael Hoppé and the cinematography is by Award-Winning local Director, Jacob Pander.
