• The baby in the photo must be under the age of 24 months as of February 16, 2012.
• Professional photos will not be accepted
• Entrants are limited to one entry during the submission period
• Photo must be of the baby only
• All babies must be wearing a minimum of a full coverage diaper in the photo
• Photos may be in natural color or black and white

Submissions will begin to appear on the website during the week of February 16, 2012. The public can view the photos and begin voting only those are authorized to vote who are in face book. Voters are limited to 1 vote. You must be at least 18 years-old to vote. At the end of the voting period, the photo receiving the most votes will be declared the winning photo.
