"Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company a non-life insurance joint venture between Sundaram Finance and UK's RSA today tied-up with with Geojit BNP Paribas-financial services provider, to offer savings and investment solutions. Geojit BNP Paribas will distribute all the personal lines general insurance products of Royal Sundaram across its 500 plus offices. The insurer aims at reducing the turnaround time by issuing policies at the point of sale and, therefore, enhances customer satisfaction. “The insurance industry can grow only when awareness about the importance of insurance is coupled with an extensive distribution network. To this end, our partnership with Geojit BNP Paribas will go a long way to further expand our pan India footprint,” said Royal Sundaram Managing Director Ajay Bimbhet. Geojit BNP Paribas has commenced selling the health insurance products of Royal Sundaram and will gradually offer the entire bouquet of their personal lines products by the end of this quarter. “To start with, we are extensively promoting their health insurance products through our different distribution channels which will be followed by the other personal lines products,” said Geojit BNP Paribas Managing Director C J George
