Balearic Islands in 2011´s Top Ten for Spanish Car Rentals

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 18, 2012 -- According to the EFE News Agency, Palma, 11th January: The Balearic Islands led Spanish car rentals for 2011. The main car rental locations are Mahon, 18% of Spanish bookings and Ibiza, 15%, whilst Palma took 5th place with 8%.
Similarly it seems as though the islands are doing very well for themselves, with data from the Instituto de Estudios de Automoción (IEA) stating that car registrations increased 14.6% during the first half of January, according to the EFE News Agency, Palma in January.
