restaurant, when “All You Can Eat” Seafood delights are presented every
Wednesday from now until 31 June 2010.

At Bamboo Chic, Celebrity Chef Nine Nachart who has many years of experience in

using creative recipes applies his unique culinary skills to create special Japanese, Chinese and Thai seafood dishes with fresh ingredients from the sea and oriental herbs. Special
recommendations of his include: Sea Bass Carpaccio (seared sea bass with citrus soy
vinaigrette), Maguro Tataki (tuna salad Japanese style), Yam Scallops (scallops meat
admix with sesame oil and chili), Assorted Sashimi (salmon, tuna, sea bass, tako, crab
stick etc….). For those who prefers its fresh, try Seafood on ice from Alaskan king crab,
prawn tiger, crab blue, rock lobster, baby octopus, NZ Mussel or fresh oyster stage.

The Teppanyaki fireplace becomes a feast to the eyes; and to choose from are imported

oysters, river prawn, salmon fillet, dory fish, red snapper fillet, red mullet fillet, sea
scallops and mackerel. While meat lovers would still not be satisfied as Australian
beef tenderloin is also available as alternative.

This Wednesday Seafood is available for buffet dinner from 6.30 pm to 01.00 am and
price at THB 2,000 ++ per person. Half Price for children age between 5-12. (Price
