Band Something New wins court case against courtland tyler aka cory weinberg of jetspeed records
courtland tyler aka cory weinberg of Jetspeed Records owes band Something New $6,200.

After going to court for not receiving 900 cd's for the purchase price of $6,200 the band Something New wins the court case. courtland tyler of jetspeed records signed the band something new in june of 2005. After paying thousands of dollards month, the band flew out to los angeles and recorded their first album. The album was suppose to be releasd shortly after but never was. Jetspeed records was suppose to promote and distrubute 900 cd's but failed to do anything. Cd's and the recording failed to make it anywhere due to courtland Tyler. Soon after the recording something new started working with a local studio called eight houses down. After several calls to tyler the band finally made a court case and one the cause on August fourth. Courtland tyler aka courtland weinberg never attended any of the court cases and now owes the band something new $6,200. The band is now persueing finding the exact address of courtland tyler and is going to follow through to the end untill they have received the money in full.
