The last remaining bank properties have been selling fast at Condado de Alhama resort in Murcia, Spain.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 18, 2012 -- Buyers considering a holiday home on the Polaris World resorts in Spain should act fast for the cheapest properties. The bank repossessed apartments on Condado de Alhama resort have been reduced to €65,000 from an original price of over €130,000.

Complete with 90% mortgages they are selling fast. Over 1500 apartments were built in the Jardines area of the resort and completed in 2009. 95% are sold with the remainder being given way at half price by the bank that funded the development.
