Bankruptcy Attorney Eric C. Peterson of Gallop Elected to Board of Directors of The Turnaround Management Association - Missouri Chapter

Peterson, Co-Chair of the Business Bankruptcy Practice Group at the Gallop law firm, has been elected to the Board of Directors of The Turnaround Management Association - Missouri Chapter.

Mr. Peterson has represented banks, closely held companies, high net worth individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, firms seeking to reorganize under Chapter 11, official creditor and bondholder committees, and bankruptcy trustees, among other clients.

Annually from 2005 to 2010, he was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Peterson worked in the White House Office of Political Affairs and served in offices of state and federal elected officials. He is the author of numerous articles dealing with bankruptcy, intellectual property, antitrust matters and other legal issues. Mr. Peterson is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
