Protect your eyes from the sun

Give your eyes a break!
Reading, working on the computer, and watching television can harm your vision. When you are doing any of these tasks that require staring at one place for a long period of time, it is very important to take frequent breaks and look at things farther away. Also, merely looking around from time to time can offer your eyes a break and minimize fatigue. You can buy special films for computer screens that will minimize the amount of harm done to your eyes from looking at a computer screen for a long period of time.

Frequent check-ups with your optician will help keep your eyes healthy. If your eyes become
a little weak, wearing corrective lenses for a period of time can often strengthen your eyes to the point where you no longer need them. If you continue to let your eyes deteriorate without visiting an eye doctor, the damage may be too severe to reverse.
