BASE Engineering’s ASK Series of radio remote transmitters have recently been certified by the regulatory bodies ATEX and IECEx for use in Zone 0 hazardous locations – the global equivalent to North America’s Class 1, Div 1, Group ‘D’ standard.
Steve Belyea, President and CEO of BASE Engineering states “these third party approvals open the door for us to expanded overseas markets in the oil and gas industry”.
