Beacon Karate - Fishkill Martial Arts School - Helps Raise Money For Alex's Lemonade, at Wappingers Family Fun Day.

Beacon, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 20, 2010 -- http://www.justforkicks.biz - Fishkill Karate school Just For Kicks Martial Arts, which which teaches karate to children in the Beacon, Cold Spring, Fishkill, Hopewell Junction and Wappingers Falls Area, joined forces with Brown Chiropractic, Enchanted Forest Daycare and the New Hackensack Fire Department to raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand.

Alex's Lemonade stand is a charity that helps research and helps children with childhood cancer. As a pillar in the children's education community the owner of Just For Kicks, Master Robert Blum, feels that anytime he can give back to the children in the community he needs to be involved.

Just For Kicks helped to raise over $2,000.00 during the 7th Annual Wappingers Family Fun Day. "This event is one of my favorites to participate in during the year, it gives the local children a safe and family friendly place to enjoy themselves for the day and all of the money raised goes to an amazing cause", said Blum.

Just For Kicks has been awarded the Century Gold Award the last 2 years for being one of the top 100 schools in the United States based on their children's martial arts and character development program. They truly believe that giving back to the community and those in need helps define the type of person you are and will become as you age.
