Scott Becker, candidate for 219th Judicial District Court, has taken to the streets of Collin County to pull away from his opponents. Becker today launched a high-profile outdoor advertising campaign utilizing mobile billboards and plans to canvas the cities of Plano, Frisco, Allen and McKinney each weekday until the election on March 2nd.
