Bed Stu Introduces Their New “Gulf Coast Cleanup” Collection

Camarillo, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) October 26, 2010 -- Camarillo, California- October 2010- Bed Stu developed a line of footwear intended to aid with the restoration of wildlife in the Gulf. The collection consists of three styles, one boot and two loafers, with 100% of the profits to be donated to the National Wildlife Federation®.

The shoes, named “Delta” and “Bayou,” will be sold for $85 while the signature boot, the “Habitat”, will be sold for $150. Bed Stu is known for its unique leather treatments and the brand does not stray from its heritage treatments for this group by using heat and other special effects to give these shoes their unique look. “Years of experimenting with various techniques including combinations of scorching, hand-dyeing, and wax applications led to this very interesting finish that is the basis for the look of this collection,” Roger Orozco Bed Stu designer.

The “Gulf Coast Cleanup” series will begin shipping November 2010 and will continue through the Spring 2011 season. The shoes will be available at select Nordstroms, Urban Outfitters, The Buckle, BedStu.com, Amazon.com, Shoes.com, and other retailers.
