Grout is very important as to keeping it looking clean and new. You may want to consider a darker grout so that it will not show dirt as easily as a lighter grout.

Preparing the surface for your tile is also very important, your craftsman will advise you as to what you can place tile on. Some surfaces from concrete, to covering over old tile verses taking it up, wood all need to be discussed with your skilled craftsman.
