Bella Boot Camp Gets a Makeover - Provides Complete Weight Loss Retreat Experience

The fitness packed retreat gets a makeover to include new invigorating fitness classes and the Vita Fit Guide, a step by step guide for fitness, weight loss and health. Aimed at invigorating their schedule and providing clients with a more comprehensive retreat, the changes will round out the well established program and enhance both the experience at the retreat and provide support for guests once they return home.

Aiming to provide a more comprehensive program, the changes directly impact the guest experience and focus on education. The majority of classes offered will have a detailed “take home” description in the Vita Fit Guide, a way for clients to take home workouts and continue using the fitness routines once they return home. Also in the guide is a step by step process for clients to determine their goals, how active they are and how to eat to maintain weight, lose weight and/or improve health. The guide also includes a food journal, take home workouts, healthy recipes and more. “We felt the need to provide a more complete retreat experience,” says retreat owner, Margot Rutigliano. “We’re seeing more and more people who truly need well rounded guidance that they can continue with at home,” she adds.

Days begin around 8am with the daily warm up. As the morning progresses, classes get more intense as guests experience sessions such as Burst, HIIT Power 90, Beach Boot Camp and Sports Conditioning. The afternoon provides another serious calorie burn followed by the wind down featuring yoga, meditation and/or full body stretching. An intimate setting, the retreat takes no more than 12 guests in one week. This allows for clients to get questions answered and personal attention. Guests are welcome and encouraged to set up personal nutrition sessions or a meeting with a trainer to complete their retreat experience.

Vita Vie Retreat is now located at the Marriott Delray Beach in Delray Beach, FL, an eclectic, relaxed seaside town just south of West Palm Beach. 6 Nights at Bella Boot Camp costs $2990 per week in a single room or $2290 per week for double occupancy.
