Release any nasty tension you might be carrying in your shoulders from what that jerk said to ya, & as you hang upside down, shake your heads ‘noooo’ to the worries & traffic issues you left at the door… & nod your heads ‘yeeeesss’ to making the time to do something positive for yourself, to nurturing yourself, to setting aside all those demands & responsibilities for a simple hour to SWEAT your TOXINS off!
Belly2Abs is a 1 hour & 15 minute class that brilliantly blends beginner-friendly bellydancing moves, Pilates, Yoga, light weights, waist trimmers & chit-chat time, into a fun, easy-to-follow routine, that allows for various “alternatives” or intensity levels. In a nutshell, Belly2Abs, conceived by 20-year dance veteran, Adriana Echeverri, combines the ‘by women, for women,’ low-impact, ancient art of bellydance, with strength training, abdominal work, stretches that promote increased flexibility & positive affirmations.
