The new initiative has seen the regional property specialists posting frequently asked questions on their Twitter page and offering responses in a way that removes the jargon whilst still explaining the ins and outs of property ownership and letting out a property.

Questions being answered by the team at Belvoir include ‘What do I do if I am in a twelve month contact and I want to get out of it?’ And ‘Will I lose my home if my landlord goes bust?’

Along with the use of Twitter, the firm, which offers property in Sheffield, strive to pave the way in customer satisfaction and are now also using Facebook and reaching out to members on another level by completing regular page updates and sending out email shots as a means of communication.
