As of 2-22-2011, Berks Technology Solutions was approved for incorporation in The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as Berks Technology Solutions, Inc.

This will in no way change customer service in any way. Matt Heckman the owner of the company will be taking the role of President of Berks Technology Solutions, Inc.
