Berkshire lady wins Receptionist of the Year 2009 Award

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 23, 2009 -- Local Berkshire based company, Verbatim in Newbury, has today announced the winner of their Receptionist of the Year Award for 2009 with a prize worth over £1,350!

Winner Hayley Ryan from Thatcham has won the impressive Audi R8 for a weekend, courtesy of Dream Car Hire. The R8 costs a whopping £81,000, has a top speed of 187 mph, the power to do 0-60 in 4.2 seconds and 4.2 litre V8 engine.

The award has been running all year, with monthly prizes donated by Verbatim’s clients.

“By creating this award we hope to acknowledge the hard work of our receptionists. We want them to know that we appreciate the fact that we’re fortunate enough to have some of the country’s top receptionists!” said Graham Hill, Verbatim’s founder. “Hayley won the prize in recognition of her helpful nature in assisting her colleagues with one of our most complicated online ordering accounts. Also, her happy smiling face (Hayley is always smiling) and her positive attitude towards our clients’ callers.”

Hayley originally won receptionist of the month in November, an award which qualified her for a chance to win this year’s top “Supercar” prize. “I thought I was dreaming when I heard my name being called out as "receptionist of the year 2009"! I am very proud to have this title and am really looking forward to driving the Audi R8 for a whole weekend - its just a shame I have to hand the keys back to Dream Car Hire.
