Caileen Driver is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the 504 portfolio. Prior to joining Bay Colony five years ago, she was an administrator for several technology companies in the area. Caileen earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. An active volunteer within her Town Service Council, Caileen enjoys skiing, biking and spending time with her young family.
504 project financing includes a loan secured with a senior lien from a Banker/Lender covering up to 50 percent of the project cost, a loan secured with a junior lien from Bay Colony (backed by a 100 percent SBA-guaranteed debenture) covering up to 40 percent of the cost, and a contribution of at least 10 percent equity from the small business being helped. The latter amount can be in the form of cash into the project or, if an expansion project, existing equity in the project real estate.
