Lee Vikre brings with her over 20 years of experience in corporate culture development helping organizations and individuals grow into excellence.

As the former Vice President of Talent and Culture for McMurry, BestCompaniesAZ long term award winning client, Lee played a key role in developing a values-based culture through leadership and employee development, communications, and internal branding. Lee will be responsible for leading BestCompaniesAZ's Organizational Development and Consulting group specializing in corporate culture development, award consultation and submission, leadership development and branding. She will also be instrumental in developing the curriculum for BestCompaniesAZ University in 2012 and serve as lead facilitator, speaker and trainer.
