Release: Holiday Travelers on US Airways, beware of their electronic refund policy. DJ Donnelly Productions Ltd is filing a Court Claims Action for damages, plus Court & Attorney Fees, upon the CEO of US Airways, Doug Parker, Corporate Relations employees, Sandra Reese, Edie Curt and US Airways, for their failure to refund an electronic ticket purchase, of $500.30, that was made in April of 2011 via credit card. DJ Donnelly, President, stated yesterday, " US Airways, must be held accountable for their advertised electronic refund policy they advertise on their wesite at US Airways, the ticket was purchased on their website, via credit card, which constitutes an electronic transaction, via a credit card...Donnelly also contests, that US Airways states this information on their website, so, as well they are presenting deceptive business practices, deceptive trade practices with now possible fraudulent advertising...

Donnelly has filed complaints to The FAA, The DOT Aviation Unit, The FTC and The BBB, Donnelly stated yesterday, " US Airways refuses to comply with their electronic refund policy, after all of the guidelines had been followed on their website, Doug Parker as CEO, offers no comment only to have his Corporate Relation people, Sandra Reese and Edie Curt state to The FAA and DOT, " Mr Donnelly is not getting a refund, plus he needs to pay another $250.00 to use the opne ticket over the $500.30 purchase price"...

Donnelly refused that response, so thusly stating" since Doug Parker and US Airways refuse to refund the ticket purcahse, we shall take them to Court, under Federal Laws of Deceptive Business Practices and more, for Damages, Court & Attorney Fees....Donnelly stated, USAirways is fast to take your money, when a refund is demanded, they show their true colors...all was requested was a full refund, not game playing, Donnelly stated...
