Big Brother Government or Free Enterprise, How Do You Want To End Your Recession?

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 1, 2010 -- When President Obama took office, it was obvious he had been handed a challenge. The American economy was falling apart, major industries collapsing, and others financial circumstances, aided by AIG, and other issues on Wall Street . In turn, it all meant bad news, which spreads fast, like globally fast. This usually spawns panic and consumer withdrawal, down sales, layoffs, and all that sort of thing. Not to mention the rise of Big Brother Government.

The old saying says, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going", still seems to hold true today for those who want to maintain good, honest, hard working FREE enterprise, not owned by the government. Again, Charles Dickens comes to mind with a famous introductory line in A Tale of Two Cities, "It was the best of times and the worst of times." Makes a writer wonder, what side of the times the general public is on, - Both!

The recent earthquakes in Haiti and Chile show which side many choose to be on. Some reach out and help, others loot. Big Brother government taking too much appeals only to those who have to have a handout, but the free citizen sees it as a threat. It is the worst of times to the entrepreneur because free enterprise creates and gives during down times, while the concept of Big Brother takes in down times.

Is Big Brother the arm of strength, or is the fiery blood of free enterprise? Do the country's citizens sit back and wait for a handout, or do they mount up with courage, and pursue free enterprise, ending personal recession? Why are so many Americans still out of work? Where are the free thinkers that have answers to give and the free takers willing to listen?

If these don't connect, what else will Big Brother take?
