James Taavon, Owner and Founder of Horizon Appraisal Services LLC, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes James Taavon commitment to excellence in the Residential Real Estate field.

James Taavon, along with partner Laurie Sewell, recently founded an appraisal company, Horizon Appraisal Services LLC, which performs valuation services for residential real estate in Owing Mills, Maryland.
