If you are in need of a solution for dust control or erosion control, are looking for polyvinyl acetate or polyacrylamide, or technological solutions involving biopolymers, hydrocolloid polymers or synthetic polymers, then do yourself a favor and call BioPolymer Industries first! We are experts in all of these options and can help you find the right solution for your industry.
BioPolymer Industries was formed in 1999 in order to service the needs of various segments of the erosion control market that can utilize water soluble polymer technology. Since then, we have set a high standard in customer service that our competitors just cannot match. Our adaptability and strong desire to work for you, has given us a unique advantage in the market and brought new meaning to the phrase “customer service.” BPI utilizes sustainable raw materials from a variety of sources in order to produce a unique polymer product line. Proprietary processes have been developed that enable BPI to bring finished products to market that meet the specific needs of our customers. We utilize primary polymers and adjuvants in the production of many of our products. However, we also take advantage of exclusive situations involving vast amounts of secondary raw material to produce a very economical line of water soluble polymers.
The quality and consistency of our products relative to their cost are what sets us apart. In effect, we have opened the door for the use of highly functional polymers in a variety of applications by removing cost barriers. Once the specific quality requirements for a selected application are met, we implement a system of controls necessary to meet these needs on each and every order. Regardless of the complexity of the issues associated with using a water soluble polymer, we will bring our considerable technical resources to bear in support of our customers. This means that for our clients, we will do everything possible to ensure that any obstacles in making our products work for them are overcome before they become an issue.
Cellulose is the most abundant polymer on earth yet it must be chemically modified to function like water soluble polymers such as starch, guar gum, and other biopolymers. The conversion of cellulose into hydrocolloid polymers such as those offered by BioPolymer Industries results in semi-synthetic polymers with many unique properties useful in dust control, alternative daily cover and numerous erosion control applications. Using synthetic polymers such as polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylamide and latex can be more expensive and less efficient than when combined with BPI’s H Series polymers in the proper manner. Dramatic improvements in the performance of many erosion control systems have been accomplished through the use of BPI polymer products. The bottom line is that our H series products are the most versatile, efficient and adaptable polymers for your dust control and erosion control needs.
