Mr Marston goes on to say that the only way the corporations will continue to have control is if we give them control. He suggests taking away control from them by not depending on them and not supporting them in any way.

Mr Marston goes on to emphatically insist “We take back our power by being in control of our own destinies. We will do this in 2 ways! First we must OWN our jobs and secondly we must fiercely and passionately Protect, Support and Promote all of us who own our jobs.”

Mr Marston says he is not alone in giving this advice and points to Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki and Billionaire Donald Trump who both endorse being in business.

“Owning our jobs means that we must be in our own businesses. Everyone in America can own their very own business providing products and services to everyone else. In owning our businesses and therefore our jobs, no one tells us when to take a bathroom break or reprimand us when we take time to be with our sick kids. Most importantly NO ONE will ever have the power to Fire Us, Lay Us Off or Take Away Our Jobs. We Own It!”
