BJV.TV Video Production Get’s on the Bus

There is no place BJV.TV won’t go to put a great story on video, and the Retail Bus Tour is no exception. The Retail Bus Tour is the brain child of veteran commercial real estate brokers Gary Broidis and Larry Brooks and based on the success of the first event, the bus tour will keep on rolling.

During this full-day event, property owners, brokers, retail tenants, and BJV.TV Video Production visited and learned about many major shopping centers in the Miami-Dade County market area. An estimated 150 industry professionals rode on chartered buses (accompanied by police escorts), each with "on-board" moderators guiding attendees through approximately 35 retail properties, providing information on each property, including rental rates, existing and upcoming vacancies and future redevelopment plans. The Bus Tour included a sponsored breakfast and lunch and concluded with a cocktail and networking reception for all registered participants along with two additional stops for refreshments in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

“We were filming and interviewing participants from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM and rode the buses all day” said BJV.TV CEO Joe Stout. “It was a long day, but the thing that really jumped out at us was how much fun the participants were having. This is a great concept and through the power of video, more people can grasp the value of what this tour is all about.”

The video will be used to market the tour and to all introduce the concept to potential franchisees in other parts of the country.
