Country star Blake Shelton comes to the Stardust Event Center at Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa on Saturday, February 6 at 8 pm; doors open at 7 pm. Tickets go on sale December 19 at 10 am for $30, $45 and $55 at Ticketmaster.com and at the Blue Chip Gift Box in the Blue Chip Casino pavilion. Guests must be 21 or older, with a valid state or government issued photo ID.

Shelton, with his newest release, “Startin’ Fires,” out in November, 2008, has recorded five albums since he made his country debut in 2001 with the hit single, “Austin.” The singer and songwriter has 16 singles that have made the country music charts, including five number one hits: “Austin” (2001), “The Baby” (2003), “Some Beach” (2004-5), “Home” (2008) and “She Wouldn’t Be Gone” (2009). His latest single release, “Hilllbilly Bone,” featuring Trace Adkins, is currently climbing the country charts.
