Bluegrass from British Columbia meets Soul and Groove from the Isle of Man on May 2010 UK Tour

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 13, 2010 -- Miss Quincy Sideshow, a Diva of Canadian bluegrass with a Vaudeville and gypsy twist, joins the Isle of Man’s most popular group, Red Gap, for a ten date tour of the UK from May 6th through May 15th.

Miss Quincy describes herself as “equal parts edgy frontier woman and risque saloon madame with carnival weaved throughout her show and influenced by the renegade women blues singers of the 1930s, boot stompin' bluegrass and a healthy dose of vaudeville.”

The SE Calgary News writes "Miss Quincy isn't just another pretty face with a guitar. Her voice is a welcome change from the overproduced, synthesized female drones filling commercial airwaves these days. It has character and bite, like a good cigar."

Red Gap are already heralded as stars of last year’s Lancaster Music Festival and are currently number one on Reverbnation for the Isle of Man and number four for the UK.
