Brannon East, featured in this months issue of "Success From Home" magazine, has just brought Nate Ridgeway out of retirement! Over the last 90 days, the ViSalus team under the leadership of Brannon East, has been growing at the rate of 17% monthly. A keen look at his numbers showed that his residual check is following suit.
Last month alone, Brannon East was able to assist 3 of his team members to qualify for FREE Black BMWs, the trade mark car program of ViSalus Sciences. Many his team members have either never done Direct Sales before or have never done Direct Sales successfully. When asked what he attributed this success to, East answered, "It's the simple duplicatable system that our corporate team (Ryan Blair, Blake Mallen and Nick Sarnicola) put together at the beginning of this year. The Direct Sales community has been searching for a company that is both solid and stable, and yet hasn't hit it's momentum phase yet. Well, good luck....the pickings are slim. ViSalus Sciences is the only company that I've been able to find that fits those criteria. We live in days where more than 300 new Direct Sales (if you can call all of them that) companies are emerging each month, and most of those aren't lasting beyond a 90 day window. On the other end of the spectrum, we have companies that have already hit stability phase, meaning their momentum is over; or companies whose compensation and business models are out dated. Add to all of that this fact: on average "service" based companies only pay .25% residually, and customer retention is a significant issue. Keep an eye on ViSalus Sciences. Momentum phase appears to be in the near future. Historically, positioning yourself prior to the momentum phase of any Network Marketing company, and working diligently to build a team of outlets, yields much higher dividends than applying the same amount of effort after Stability phase sets in.
