Break Free From Perfect!

Perfect is an impossibility we seem drawn to as a culture. Author Eileen Palazzolo hopes to release us by uncovering each individual's key to unlocking their body-type program.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 11, 2010 -- Exeter, NH - As New Year's resolutions lay unfulfilled in the dust we look to renew our diligence for the coming year. Perhaps it seems a revolving-door resolution, "lose weight." Society has shackled us in bondage to a "perfect" image, size, look. These chains weigh on our esteem causing us to slip down a slope that lands us back in binges and comfort foods.

Perfect is an impossibility we seem drawn to as a culture. Author Eileen Palazzolo hopes to release us by uncovering each individual's key to unlocking their body-type program. In writing FREE FROM PERFECT, Palazzolo hopes to help others to rise above the stereotypes she herself was pinned down by for so many years. "Yo-yo dieting, starvation and bulimia consumed my life," she laments, "until I began replacing self-hatred with self-love." "I believe that all 'diets' are a temporary state of hell. There is no such thing as a 'quick fix.'" That said, Palazzolo designed a program to last forever that has been leaving her students with feelings of self-empowerment, self-confidence and self-control.

Palazzolo has been running her "Free" program for several years out of Southern NH where she is also a fitness and gymnastics instructor. It was shortly after recovering from an eating disorder and years of unhealthy self-image on her own that she realized she could help others to overcome society's view of perfection as well. "I am not a nutritionist, psychologist, physician or physiologist," she states, "I am an ordinary person who through many trials and tribulations has found peace with my physical self."

Excerpt: "The concept of losing body fat, and therefore weight, is a simple mathematical equation. Consume less calories than you burn. This is the only sound solution to the physiological task of weight loss. The psychological task of weight loss is another story indeed."

FREE FROM PERFECT will be available in late February 2010, just in time for a new bout of "weight loss" resolutions, and just in time to help consumers take healthy control of their lives, their waists and their happiness.
