BREAKING NEWS: I.C.C. Updates Conspiracy And Cover-Up Bigger And Larger Then Expected By Baltimore City, MD States Attorney & Clerks Office To Dauphin Co. PA Prothonotary Offices Records

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) October 13, 2009 --
BREAKING NEWS: I.C.C. obtained further evidence and information of a conspiracy and massive cover-up by Dauphin Co. Pa Prothonotary, Baltimore, MD City Circuit Court Clerks & States Attorneys Offices as to the pending criminal case of a Black male accused of following and recording or attempting to record the Dauphin Co. Pa Judgment Order.
"Our review and further I.C.C. investigation revealed that out of five (5) separate documents filed in the Dauphin Co. Pa. Prothonotary Office, there is no record of any of those certified documents we have, were ever filed on record, noted then recorded as required by law, or that they ever existed," says Jenkins. "This is clearly suspicious, says," Jenkins, of the I.C.C. investigation and documents we have.
Then, we reviewed the Baltimore City, MD Circuit Court civil and criminal files of two cases associated with the Dauphin Co. PA civil judgment. "Again, a repeated fact, none of the alleged documents that are the subject of the charges were ever filed, noted or recorded by the Clerk," says Jenkins. This is not legally right, nor proper. The Clerks and States Attorneys Office is illegally withholding the information which is evidence, that is not part of the records of either case file notes or entries. As previously reported, I.C.C. shall keep you all informed as to this case or cases pending.
The criminal case has been postponed twice by the State of MD. The writing is all over the wall on each of these pending cases.
To date, the FBI nor Justice Department has not interviewed the accused suspect. Hey, "what's the hold up, FBI," says Jenkins?
