Breakwater Investment Management Completes Financing of Optimus EMR, Inc

(“Optimus”) out of its Breakwater Structured Growth Opportunities Fund (the “Fund”). Breakwater is a private investment firm that specializes in direct investments in small to lower middle market growth businesses.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Irvine, CA, Optimus provides products and services that support every aspect of electronic medical and health records in its market segment. The company offers the Optimus EMR system, the most advanced electronic health record system for the post-acute care market.
