The Brentwood Homeowners Association Annual Meeting is here, DON’T MISS OUT!

It’s being held at The Getty Center on Tuesday March, 9 at 7 p.m.

The Brentwood Homeowners Association is a volunteer group made up of single-family residential property owners. Since 1946, they’ve been fighting to protect the community from excessive growth, inappropriate development, traffic gridlock and environmental threats. The Board has remained committed for over 50 years, to protecting the interests of Brentwood by representing only one point of view, the interest of the homeowners in Brentwood.



Some hot topics that will be discussed at this years annual meeting are as follows; R1 Zoning Issues, The Bundy Village Medical Project, Barry Building, Terra Cotta Project, and I-405 HOV Project. This year’s Guest Speaker is the new Police Chief Charlie Beck, who will be discussing his role as the Police Chief and goals for the LAPD. There will be free parking and a tram available going to The Getty Center. Refreshments will also be provided starting at 7pm.

The Brentwood Homeowners Association is making progress on the issues that really matter to the community. They need your continued commitment, financial support, and for those willing, your time.
