Over the past fifteen years, Brett Chepenik has received many certifications in personal fitness training and conducted more than 15,000 training sessions.

The founder of Warrior X-fit program, Brett Chepenik has also appeared in many TV shows and periodicals as an accomplished fitness expert. He provided training to several professional athletes from the PGA, NFL, SR and LPGA, and was featured on the Golf Channel for being the fitness trainer of Laura Diaz- a golf pro. Brett Chepenik is the president and founder of Timed Exercise. A graduate of Emory University's Goizueta Business School, he is active in Donna Hicken Foundation and several other local charities. Brett Chepenik was acknowledged as a 2004 Jacksonville Business General "Up and Comer", an achievement given to those in the community who are making an impact or difference in their industry or community. He is on the advisory Board for Heritage University School of Personal Training in Jacksonville; FL.
