Brookstriders 2nd Annual 5k and 1m fun run Sunday, April 22, 2012

Cranford, New Jersey, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 8, 2012 -- Cranford, NJ, – February 8, 2012 - Brookstriders will host their 2nd annual 5k and 1 mile fun run from Brookside Place School, 700 Brookside Place Cranford, NJ. The run is open to the public ages 0-101.

The event is to promote wellness in children and the importance of staying active at all ages. The funds raised will be donated back to Brookside Place School to use for extra-curricular physical activities in addition to their sports program such as Zumba classes, ice skating (specials) and swim family nights.

AWARDS 5K– Top Male & Top Female 5K Overall 5K– Top 3 Male & Female winners per age group (6 & under, 7-8, 9-10,11-12, 13-14,15-19,20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59,60+)
