This square wave electroporation system is designed for all in vitro and in vivo electroporation applications. The unit can be used for applications such as mammalian cell transfections/gene therapy and cell protein/drug electroincorporation, nuclear transfer, and plant applications.

Square wave pulse shaping leads to higher viability and efficiency of the testing material. Low voltage mode offers 1V discrimination and +/-5% accuracy. The pulse length ranges from 10us-10 seconds, allowing flexibility for almost all applications. The generator is short-circuit proof and protected by an external safety stand, which guards against spills. Its Arc Quenching mechanism minimizes sample damage caused by arcing. The generator features RS-232 and RS-485 interface ports.

Meets CE requirements and complies with EMC Directive 89/336/EEC and 73/23/EEC for product safety.
Ordering Information: Manufacturer's two-year warranty. System includes the ECM 830 square wave pulse generator; a sterile package of 30 disposable Cuvettes Plus, 10 each of 1, 2, and 4mm gap sizes; safety stand for use with the cuvettes; and a cuvette rack with 20 numbered positions.
