All we need is people who are willing and obedient and teachable. The company needs to have the systems to train and teach people to be successful. We need to keep our comany free of any form of controlling attitudies. The primary role for the leader is to be a vision caster and encourage unity building. A leader champions the vision and goals of the company. A leader is interested in the next step of development and is investing that in others. The leader makes sure the people are aligning to the company’s overall direction. In order to have an effective company, the leader must have clear objectives for the direction of the company.
