North Carolina based business consulting firm, NBS Holdings, Inc (Intelligent Risk Management / www.intelligentRM.com) has announced the acquisition of 32 Delaware (asset only) corporations. The company released a statement today:

“Intelligent Risk Management only acquires seasoned and asset only corporations, however rarely do we broker and acquire companies that have formally been in operations and produced financial statements. Due to our client demand for seasoned shelf companies with produced financials, and seasoned P&L & Balance Statements, as well as filed and audited Federal & State tax returns – we have acquired 32 companies formally in operations. All companies have ended active operations for the reason of retirement, or changing business model or directions. Intelligent Risk Management will continue to file and remain active with Secretary of State, Delaware in order to broker these companies. Our firm has already pre-brokered roughly half of the companies we acquired to our various network of legal firms and financial advisors, and will be finalizing the (legal transfer) of these corporations before the end of the year.
