Business Travel with Easyjet

Ireland -- Free-Press-Release.com-- Feb 8, 2012 -- The budget airline EasyJet has now signed a pan European commercial agreement with American Express Global Business Travel company. This new deal means that easyJet will work with American Express as one of its first Travel Management Company partners in the world.

Recently easyJet has also put a corporate sales team in place to continue to establish strong partnerships with corporates and major travel management companies in order to grow the business travel side of it's business faster.
easyJet operates on more of Europe’s top 100 city routes than other airlines including British Airways, Lufthansa and Air France. It is now the biggest operator at London Gatwick Airport, a popular airport with business travellers due to its good transport links in to central London.
easyJet is working actively with the travel trade, GDSs as well as other intermediaries to streamline the process used to book in it's flights. Last year easyJet said a new deal with Amadeus that will be instrumental in gaining larger market share of the business travel market in Europe. It also introduced Flexi fares which give business passengers flexibility to change the date of their flights.
easyjet has been at the forefront of the budget airline revolution since it was founded. easyjet competes with other budget airlines like Ryanair. The Ryanair baggage allowance which is very stringent means that other budget airlines have their own guidelines on cabin luggage also.
