Buzzirk Mobile | Going Down In Flames- Don't Get Burned

Buzzirk Mobile showed up on the seen as the Next Big Thing (NBT) a little over 3 months ago like a brand new Lamborghini at a premier car show. Many since have cried “Buzzirk Mobile Scam” from the time it showed up. The Lambo was rolled onto the floor with ooohs and aaahs and drooling potential money makers gobbling up its beauty, promises and hype. It was soon discovered that the Lambo had no gas (no phones distributed upon launch) and now that it has no engine (Zer01 splitting from Buzzirk). The Lambo doesn’t look so sexy anymore and now the wheels have fallen off and someone has thrown a motiv cocktail on it and it is going up in flames.

As of Aug 13th- “Citing breach of contract, Zer01 today announced that it has dissolved its business partnership with Buzzirk Mobile and Global Verge. ...Buzzirk Mobile will no longer be able to market Zer01 Mobile services to its partners, including Global Verge.”

(Las Vegas, NV) - Zer01 Mobile...announced today that it has severed its business relationship with Buzzirk Mobile for distribution services based upon breach of contract. The agreement for distribution services was originally announced in May 2009.

This situation is a prime example of the risk involved with getting in on Pre-launches. I feel for anyone who has fallen victim to NBT by Buzzirk Mobile, it’s not your fault. Here’s how to avoid being a victim:
