The tools give the possibility to import and generate AutoCAD DXF, CGM, Hewlett-Packard PLT/HPGL, PDF, SVG and other files.
In CAD Import VCL 7.2.5 and CAD Export VCL 7.2.5 the users will find the following improvements:
• All AutoCAD DWG/DXF versions are supported including DWG 2010;
• snap by normal;
• SVG import is thoroughly improved and revised;

• import of a big number of DIMENSION and DIMENSIONSTYLE properties is added;
• displaying of arbitrary degree splines is added.

• Every loaded entity has its own unique Handle.
• Complex line types.
• Image cutting in DWG/DXF files.
• Support of the INSERT with the specified number of the columns.
• Optimized by memory usage: CIRCLE, ARC, ELLIPSE, SPLINE.
• AutoCAD™ WIPEOUT entity is supported.
• AutoCAD™ MLINE entity is supported.
• AutoCAD™ HELIX entity is supported.
• AutoCAD™ TOLERANCE entity is supported.

• AutoCAD™ TRACE entity is supported.
• AutoCAD™ SHAPE entity is supported.
• Better display of the MTEXT, LEADER, ACAD_PROXY_ENTITY, SPLINE, LWPOLYLINE entities.
• Reflection of the ACAD_TABLE entity for DWG files.
• Better reflection of DWG, HPGL-2 and PCL files.

• New direct export conception: creation of TsgCADImage object, its entities and export using one of TsgCADtoXXX classes (where XXX is output format). Direct export based on methods of TsgDXFExport class is obsolete, but accessible still.
• Every exported entity has its own unique Handle.
• New functionality added: export to binary DXF, CGM, HPGL/2, PDF, SVG, SWF file formats.
• Export to DXF three times faster.
