Calacatta Oro Marble by Stoneville for Harrods by Appointment

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 17, 2011 -- Stoneville (UK) Ltd has recently completed a project where it fabricated and installed stonework made of top quality Calacatta Oro for Harrods by Appointment, London.

Stonework supplied included a reception desk, a bar top and table tops. Where applicable, Calacatta Oro was book-matched.

Calacatta Oro is one of the top end and most luxurious types of marble. It is white with brown/gold and some grey veins. It originates from Italy and is quarried mainly in three leading quarries. Stoneville has secured a special agreement with one of these quarries and as a result has now large stocks of Calacatta at highly competitive prices.

Like any natural stones, Calacatta oro varies from block to block and comes in different grades/qualities. Stoneville, as always, focuses on top quality and used only Top grade Calacatta for this project.

Calacatta Oro can also be used for worktops, wall panelling, vanity tops, other stonework. Like all natural stones, it needs to be properly maintained and cleaned.
